Help! My facebook is posting weird stuff!?

My facebook just set my status as some weird link with like a girls *** and was like talking about porn. im sure you have all seen them before. i WAS NOT watching porn. I dont know why my facebook did this and im afraid it will happen again and people will think the wrong thing. I alrerady changed my password. what do i do?
