Did I mess up my chances?(Calling all girls)?

Okay,sorry this is going to be long.So I've liked this cute girl for a long time but she never talked to me and when I tried to talk to her she would either look confused or just raise her eyebrows and walk away which pretty much made me give up.Until today she tried talking to me but out of spite I decided to give her a taste of her own medicine and I raised my eyebrows and walked away.While I looked back, I saw her look pretty dejected so I slowed down to wait for her but she flipped her hair and walked past me. So did I mess up my chances with her?How can I make it up to her?
