Do you think this speech is worth giving?

Ok so you went and found all the propaganda you could about in humane treatment of animals, there's plenty of it to find. But you should know that such treatment is not the norm. And excuse me most of those attacks by animals are people keeping them as pets who do not possess the skills nor the knowledge to properly look after such animals. My suggestion is you should look in to regulation about animals and see what is required by law, that is what the norm is supposed to be.
