People from all over the world have been selected by Jehovah at one point or another. There are those on the Governing Body in other countries too. America is not the only country that has a headquarters. If you look at the back of our magazines you will find the addresses of other Jehovah's Christian Witnesses headquarters. Not sure where you got your percentage from but obviously you are looking for the negatives.
